Individual Psychotherapy

“The Hero with A Thousand Faces” -Joseph Campbell.

We all are our own heroes with “a thousand faces,” traveling a path of adventures and transformations. People seek individual psychotherapy for many different reasons. For some, it may be a crisis, loss and grief of a loved one or relationship; and for others it may be recurring depression, anxiety, or difficulty with parenting or a career. Many individuals may simply wish to seek deeper understanding of themselves and greater fulfillment in their lives.

Typically, an individual session is 50 minutes, usually scheduled once or twice a week depending on your needs.
